Grange le Potager
® is a converted stone barn on 4000 m2 of land on the edge of the ancient bastion of Thegra, a village with a 15th century church and chateau, close to the 900-year old shrine at Rocamadour; the inspiring Padirac Caves and a vast menu of fascinating history and outstanding countryside.

Grange le Potager offers
a 2-person, full-comfort, eco-friendly (aero-thermal) gite or a 4-6 bed well equipped cottage suitable. Both are available in season or year round. 
The cottage has proper disability facilities, graded access, en-suite bedroom, with disability shower, open plan kitchen, and living area all adapted for wheelchair users.    
The grange is arranged over 180 sq m -- two floors -- of a barn first built in 1811 and fully renovated in 2007.
Bookings for the current season are now open.

has extensive grassy fields tumbling down to a fast flowing stream.

Grange le Potager is in the heart of the Lot, le Potager de France --  kitchen garden of France, home of good cuisine, authentic fresh ingredients, saffron de Quercy and - the locals will proudly insist- the truffle centre of Europe. In season, June 1-August 31, Padirac Loisirs (6 kms) offers all-day, lifeguarded swimming pool , snack bar, water slide, open to all visitors and near the famous Padirac caves.

The Lot
is a vast outdoor pleasure ground with the emphasis on sports and adventure mixed with spectacular countryside, charming well kept villages and tempting food and wine.
The Lot offers ideal holidays for the ever-green generation.

Visit  Martel in the Lot, named for Charles Martel who at the battle of Tours, or Poitiers, fought one of the decisive battles of the world. In the Middle Ages it ensured that Christians, not Moslems, became  the ruling power in Europe..
